3. Registration and Attendance

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration details
• Registration is subject to approval and availability
• Certain categories may require verification of credentials

3.2 Registration Fees

• All fees are quoted in the currency specified at the time of registration
• Payment must be completed to confirm registration
• Early bird discounts are subject to availability and time limits

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Attendee

• More than 60 days before the event: Full refund minus administrative fee (10%)
• 30-60 days before the event: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days before the event: No refund, but registration may be transferred
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email

4.2 Cancellation by Organizers

In the unlikely event that the summit is cancelled by the organizers, registered attendees will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

5. Code of Conduct

All summit attendees are expected to:

• Treat all participants with respect and professionalism
• Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
• Comply with all venue rules and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights of speakers and presenters
• Follow health and safety guidelines

Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the event without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RMRDC or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Photography and Recording

By attending the summit, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and future marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the registration desk upon arrival.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RMRDC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or attendance at the summit. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for registration.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RMRDC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your conduct at the summit.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, war, terrorism, or civil unrest.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
